POWER PACKER FOODS

 HAVE ON HAND

  • ORANGES (high fiber & water)
  • BLACK BEANS
  • DARK LEAFY MIXED SALAD GREENS
  • MERCURY FREE FISH (salmon)
  • STIR FRY VEGGIES (broccoli, snap peas, cauliflower)
  • CHICKEN (frozen)
  • MIXED BERRIES (fresh or frozen)
  • SKIM YOGURT (with added probiotics)
